About Robbins Bros > History
From Humble Beginnings to World Class

Back in the 1920s, our grandfather Ben opened up a humble jewelry store in Seattle, Washington. One of the things the store was known for was fine quality jewelry with honest and friendly service that customers still remember today.
In the 1950s, the family moved to Southern California and our father, Eugene, purchased a store in Pasadena, California, from a gentleman named William Pitt. This was the beginning of Robbins Bros. As kids, we helped with small chores in the store, all the while receiving a unique education on diamonds. And just as our grandfather believed so strongly, we were taught the meaning of customer service.

That was over 80 years ago. We've grown since then, but our original values are still the backbone of our business, and as long as we're privileged to serve you, we'll continue to uphold them.
